Ltd Şti(“Catalleyes.”) takes all kinds of technical and legal measures in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) in the processing of your personal data due to the activities it carries out. Relevant persons can obtain detailed information on the processing of their personal data, their transfer to third parties, the legal reasons for collecting personal data and their rights in the KVKK from the following clarification text.

I. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your processed personal data for the above purposes and within the framework of the conditions determined by KVKK:

• To our domestic and foreign business partners, suppliers, in order to provide and carry out domain name services,

• In order to realize the activities of our company, it can be transferred to domestic and foreign real/legal persons and public institutions and organizations with which we cooperate.

III. Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection

IV. Retention, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data

Our company stores personal data in a proportionate manner for the purpose of processing personal data. Personal data is stored until the end of the period required by the relevant legislation, if the purpose and/or reason for processing has disappeared. Personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized when the purpose and reason for the processing of personal data is eliminated, and the legal periods required to fulfill our obligations arising from the law are completed. • Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring it to be processed disappear despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

• Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

In order to convey the requests of the relevant person regarding their rights;
